Mare Blu Villa Rates

The following is the current rate schedule for the Mare Blu Villa.

Check-out is 10:00 AM.

General Information

• Rate is based on two per bedroom, children under the age of two are not included in count when staying in parents room.

• If you are two persons paying for one bedroom suite and need separate twin beds, we'll be happy to prepare either the Indigo Suite or the Pink Suite for you instead - your advance notice is required, please.

• On arrival, you may tour the villa and choose the Suite you want. However, please be aware that once your choice has been made, you may not use any other Suites during your stay. If more Suites are used, you will be charged the rental rate for the extra bedroom. Rental rates are based on two persons per bedroom.

Payment and Cancellation Policies:

1. A minimum of half of your total payment is due within 5 days of requesting your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to possible cancellation without notice to you.

2. The balance due of rent, Government Occupancy Tax & Handling Fee (12.5) and damage deposit must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival.

3. Only ONE credit card will be accepted from a rental party for villa payment.

4. If you cancel more than 180 days prior to your arrival date, 80 percent of your total rent will be refunded to you and 20 percent of your total rent will be retained by Mare Blu Villa as full liquidated damages.

5. Cancellations within 60 days prior to your arrival date may be subject to forfeiture of 100% rental fee unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. If your dates are rebooked, then you will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total rental fee.

6. Refunds due to last-minute reductions in the total headcount originally booked will only be considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 60/days of your arrival.

7. Booking requests made within 60 days of your arrival require 100% to be paid within 24 hours of the request.

8. Cancellations may be made by the Villa owner due to unforeseen issues with Mare Blu Villa, in which case Owners will offer a full refund or attempt to relocate reserved guests in a like-kind villa.

9. ALL RENTAL RATES AND SEASON DATES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

10. Rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT Occupancy TAX & Handling Fee (12.5 for U.S. Virgin Islands) or the refundable damage deposit.
