Thank You so much for yet again a wonderful stay at your house. This is our fourth time staying here, second time staying for New Years, and we could not have asked for a better place to begin in 2022. The skies and water were clear and blue, perfect weather to get a tan! ( back at home -Chicago we are getting 7 inches of snow! We have enjoyed getting to go to town as well as use your amazing kitchen for dinner. We have made so many memories here, including an iguana running into the pool! I have just returned from a week in Paradise! I travelled with a group of 6 couples to Mare Blue in May of 2018. We were a little nervous, being post-hurricane, but I have to say Mare Blu was exactly as I had remembered from my first visit in 2014. The villa is beautiful, and perfectly appointed for a group of 12. The people of St John were welcoming and the beaches beautiful. We took advantage of so much...diving trips, fishing trips, island hopping and of course shopping! My advise is to go and enjoy all the island has to offer. While planning our trip to St. John we looked at many houses and Mare Blu was the favorite! Upon arriving it did not disappoint one bit! Stunning architecture and fun color was just what you'd expect for an island villa. The views are breathtaking and the house is stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the bathroom and everything in between. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 kids and everyone had the time of their life. It was hard to leave and definitely a place we'd make our home again next time we visit St. John. I'm just looking over the photo album of my daughter's wedding, last August, and Mare Blu was the absolute highlight of our week. We hosted 25 people every evening for a party where everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were able to do our own cooking, the views are breathtaking, and most of the guests just wanted to hang around the pool. The Westin Hotel took care of the wedding ceremony and reception but everything else was at Mare Blu. It would be my first choice for vacation or any kind of celebration at any time of the year. We remain so grateful to the owners of the house for their generosity. It was even more spectacular than we imagined and one of the highlights of our entire lives! Since 6 couples chipped in, the cost was much less than the local hotels and we did not have to eat out every night. My family will definitely go back to St. John, specifically for Mare Blu. What a great vacation we had. This was everyone's first stay here, hopefully not our last! We are flying back home with a lifetime of memories: snorkeling with green turtles, dinner by private chefs, unbelievable views, amazing accommodations and time with family and friends where we had no worries. We had the pleasure of spending a week at the spectacular Mare Blu in April for spring break with two other families. It was spacious and beautifully appointed with an absolutely breathtaking view. Friends and I spent my 40th Birthday week celebration at Mare Blu and it was more than I ever expected!! St. John is my favorite Caribbean spot and this house tops all other stays in the past(villas, Caneel Bay, locations on St. Thomas). It was a shame that we did not have more people (we had 6) because we wanted to share the experience with the rest of our friends! The house is amazing with every amenity(we couldn't think of anything we were missing). A fabulous view and convenient to town. We fell in love with Mare Blu and will definitely be back!! Pictures can't do this fabulous villa justice! Everything is absolutely perfect from the amazing lounge chairs by the infinity pool to the decor and artwork. This contemporary villa is made for relaxation in the best of style. The bedrooms are super comfortable, the linens are plush, each bedroom has its own private bath and doors you can open to feel the ocean breezes. The kitchens, both outdoor and indoor are expertly stocked with all necessities. The entertainment system is great and adds to the overall experience. One of our favorite things about Mare Blu is that from every room and the patio the view of the Caribbean is spectacular. We can't say enough about the vacation we had at Mare Blu. As if the fabulous house and great location on St. John isn't enough, the landscaping is awesome, too. We even had fresh limes from the tree in our drinks. Our family was blessed to celebrate 2 birthdays, an anniversary and New Years in your beautiful home, on this beautiful island.
